Job Responsibilities
Accounts Receivables
- Manage basic accounting duties like issuing Official Receipts, Monthly Sales Reports, Debtor Aging, Debtors Statements and other related reports.
Logistics
- Manage daily logistics arrangements including issuing Delivery Orders and Invoices, collecting customer drums or tanks, replying logistics-related emails and coordinating product returns as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the Sales team and customers for logistics arrangements.
- Ensure proper inventory control in Autocount through stock reconciliation and stock adjustment.
