Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Logistics & Expediting Supervisor to coordinate and expedite the flow of materials from suppliers to site, ensuring on-time delivery, accurate documentation, and cost-efficient logistics. The role requires strong vendor management, SAP knowledge, and the ability to liaise across internal teams to guarantee seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics & Expediting: Monitor supplier deliveries, expedite shipments, and implement contingency plans to avoid disruption to operations.
- Documentation Management: Prepare and process all shipping and clearance documents (POs, Bills of Lading, AWBs, Delivery Notes, etc.) in line with regulatory and company requirements.
