Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all logistics operations in the Philippines with particular focus on telecommunications and AFC equipment. Oversees international and domestic shipments from global manufacturers and suppliers (Europe, the USA, Asia, and other regions). Also manages domestic logistics, warehouse operations, inventory control, transportation management, and reverse logistics. Ensures cost‑effective, efficient, and compliant processes aligned with company policies and Filipino regulations.

Coordination of the logistics and imports with consortium members, subcontractors, the customer (Mitsubishi Corporation), and the end customer (DoTr of the Philippines).
