Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and review warehouse and distribution operations on an ongoing basis, identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase operational effectiveness.
- Design and refine warehouse layout and material movement practices to support smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Ensure that warehouse practices comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align inventory levels with business needs, analyzing demand trends to support proper stock planning.
- Lead periodic inventory checks and full stock-count exercises to maintain high accuracy and accountability of inventory records.
- Partner with suppliers and manufacturing teams to reduce losses from material damage or waste and to maximize usage of materials.
