Logistics & Operations Lead

We are looking for a process-driven operator to formalize our hardware procurement from the ground up. This role exists to take full ownership of the hardware lifecycle, moving us from a reactive “emergency” state to a proactive, structured operation. You will be the architect of the systems that ensure our equipment is ready and paid for before the demand even hits.

• Process Ownership: Design and own the end-to-end hardware request, procurement, and payment workflow. Build the system that removes the need for constant leadership intervention.
• Financial Strategy: Define and hit payment SLAs (targeting 48–72 hours for standard orders up to 20,000 AED) and establish clear escalation paths for high-value items.
• Demand Forecasting: Proactively engage with portfolio companies to collect hardware forecasts and ensure that regional expansions and large-scale deployments are anticipated months in advance.
