Logistics Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor with strong experience in dispatching, inbound/outbound operations, warehouse supervision , and tracking/logistics monitoring . The ideal candidate has a solid background working in a manufacturing or FMCG environment and possesses excellent leadership and coordination skills .

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations including dispatching, inbound receiving, and outbound shipments .
• Supervise and lead the warehouse team , ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to operational SOPs.
• Coordinate closely with production, inventory, and transport teams to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
• Monitor and track shipments, fleet movement, and delivery performance.
• Ensure accuracy in documentation such as delivery receipts, waybills, dispatch schedules, and inventory records.
