Job Description
The Loyalty Coordinator will accelerate the adoption of the loyalty program in stores by increasing Club Comex sales and the number of registrants.
Also, will improve in-store execution and achieve high customer satisfaction and increase NPS, and understanding by managers, concessionaires, and regional managers.
This Job is located in #LI-Hybrid within Tultitlan and will report to Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure that the loyalty program and its benefits are performed correctly in store.
- Control and monitoring of monthly objectives by Division, region, territory, and branches.
- Postmortem analysis.
- Follow-up to the Club Comex promoters' program in the field
- Coordinate and ensure the execution of the ongoing training plan and e-learnings at the national level in collaboration with CFI (Centro de Formacion Integral) and the Club's dissemination agency.
