Job Description

Type: Per Diem
Hourly Rate: $30.50 - $31/hour - based on location
Responsibilities Include:
Patient Care
Medication administration
Charting
Requirements Include:
HS Diploma or GED
Graduate from accredited LPN program
NYS issues LPN license - active & in good standing
