Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), VIP clients, architects, interior designers, developers, and consultants. Understand clients' lifestyle, taste, and project requirements to recommend tailored furniture and interior solutions. Present furniture collections, finishes, fabrics, materials, and customization options professionally. Prepare quotations and follow up until successful project closing. Manage the complete customer journey, including consultation, sales, coordination, delivery, and after sales service. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships. Maintain accurate records using CRM and actively manage the sales pipeline.
