Aegis Group seeks an experienced Estate Manager to oversee a ultra-luxury private residence in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. This senior leadership role ensures five-star hospitality standards, managing staff, contractors, budgets and ensuring discretion and excellence in every facet of the residence.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years in luxury residences or UHNW family offices, strong English and proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams, along with facilities and asset management expertise.
