Job Description
Requirements
:– Must be able to read blueprints and drawings
– Operate crane, forklift, hoist, winch, and hydraulic booms
– Use hand or power tools
– Use precision measuring tools
– Must be able to operate and program a waterjet, hy-definition plasma cutter, press brake, plate bending roller, CNC punching machine, and iron worker. (these skills will be taught as needed)
– Must be able to use the computer software to clock in and out of work and in/out of jobs
– Must be proficient in the use of measuring instruments such as tape measures and calipers
Additional qualities that would be very useful (but not all are necessary):
– Industrial painting skills
– Mechanical assembly
– Knowledge and experience using a lathe(preferred), hy-definition plasma CNC table operation, press brake, roller, saw, shear, and mill(preferred)
