**Job Description**
This role involves operating multiple industrial machines in a large, high-volume manufacturing facility in the Eastern Indianapolis area. You will set up and run equipment, perform basic tooling changes, and use quality instruments to ensure all parts meet required specifications. The position requires standing for extended periods, working in a hot but clean environment, and successfully completing a comprehensive training program before moving to your permanent shift.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate up to four industrial machines simultaneously, following established production procedures and safety guidelines.
+ Use basic hand and power tools to change tooling and perform minor machine adjustments as needed.
