**Pay: $20–$25 per hour**

**Overview**

Hands-on role setting up and running machines that produce high-volume metal parts. No cold heading experience needed—training provided.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Set up and operate screw machines and cold heading machines
+ Adjust tooling and machine settings
+ Inspect parts to meet blueprint specs
+ Run multiple machines once trained
+ Troubleshoot and fix production issues
+ Perform basic machine maintenance
+ Keep work area clean and safe
+ Complete simple production paperwork
+ Work with team to keep production moving

**What You Need**

+ Mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills
+ Ability to read blueprints
+ Problem-solving mindset
+ Manufacturing, automotive, or equipment experience (a plus)
+ Attention to detail and quality
+ Reliable and team-oriented
