MACHINERY FITTER-ASSEMBLER

Job Summary You will coordinate and follow up on corrective repairs, prepare and fabricate materials, conduct site visits for equipment maintenance checks, and perform general mechanical tasks to support operational efficiency. Responsibilities Coordinate corrective repair requirements with Maintenance Engineer and external workshops to ensure timely resolution Read and interpret basic drawings and fabrication instructions to verify raw material dimensions and requirements Prepare and cut raw materials to specified sizes and carry out fit-up for fabrication tasks Perform simple welding, painting, material cutting, washing, pipe fitting, equipment fabrication, assembly, and grinding to maintain machinery and equipment Conduct site visits to inspect machinery and equipment usage and maintenance, compiling photographic reports for management Undertake ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by management to support operational needs Communicate complex concepts clearly to team members and stakeh...
