Responsibilities

• Independently advise Aquila Capital on all legal matters relating to general commercial and contract law, with a focus on projects in the areas of renewable energy (wind, solar, hydro), real estate, and infrastructure.
• Provide legal support in the restructuring and sale of projects within the above-mentioned asset classes.
