Mail Room Processing Specialist
Pay Rate: $16.50/hr
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Location: Mesa, AZ 85201
Temp to Hire.
Summary
Support high-volume mail processing by opening, sorting, auditing, and scanning incoming documents. Maintain accuracy, follow strict sorting rules, and meet daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort, batch, and process thousands of documents per day.
- Open, review, and scan incoming mail accurately.
- Cross-reference client/city details for proper sorting.
- Enter data and attach barcodes using internal systems.
- Work at multiple standing processing stations.
- Maintain accuracy and speed under tight deadlines.
- Report system issues or process concerns to leadership.
