Job Title: Mainframe CICS System Administrator
Duration: 12+ Month (Potential extension)
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience with Job Control Language (JCL) Deep understanding of Mainframe Operating Systems (z/OS) Proven experience in Mainframe Support and production operations Solid background in Systems Programming within a mainframe environment Experience with CICS system administration and support Knowledge of TSO/ISPF utilities, datasets, and mainframe tools Familiarity with batch scheduling tools (e.g., CA-7, Control-M, or equivalent) Experience with system performance monitoring and tuning Understanding of mainframe security frameworks (RACF, ACF2, Top Secret) Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
