Strong expertise in:
- Experience with VSAM, IMS (optional but preferred)
- Strong knowledge of batch processing, OLTP systems, and system integration [(url removed)]
- Hands-on experience with debugging tools (e.g., Abend-AID, Xpediter) and utilities
- Experience with change management tools (Endevor, Changeman)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in Agile / Scrum delivery models
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with modernization initiatives (mainframe to cloud / APIs / microservices)
- Exposure to integration technologies (MQ, REST/SOAP services)
- Knowledge of DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, IBM DBB)
