Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using COBOL, JCL, IMS DB, DB2, REXX, SAS and Amdocs
- Work on IBM z/OS to support core batch and online processes.
- Handle production support issues and participate in on-call rotations.
- Analyze and resolve system issues, ensuring high availability of business-critical applications.
- Utilize File-Aid IMS for testing, data manipulation, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and SLA commitments.
- Assess and deliver projects from inception to implementation, ensuring alignment with client business goals.
- Act as a key technical liaison, collaborating directly with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues cooperatively.
