Lead customer training initiatives as the Customer Training Manager at MaintainX. Create engaging educational content that prepares users for success with our platform.
In this dynamic role, you will design, produce, and manage learning content aimed at enhancing customer knowledge and skills. Collaborate with various teams including Client Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure the training materials meet customer needs and integrate organizational goals. Employ instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM to produce high-quality courses and resources.
