Maintenance Assistant - Building Maintenance

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

The University Athletic Association at the University of Florida is searching for a Maintenance Assistant to assist in the overall general maintenance of the buildings and facilities of the UAA. Performs plumbing repairs and maintenance, rough carpentry work, painting, hanging signage, and minor electrical work.

This position requires the incumbent to work in a customer-based environment while presenting a positive attitude towards both internal and external customers; engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds; and work a non-standard work week which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
