Job Description
Summary: The Maintenance Assistant Manager supports the Maintenance Manager in ensuring that all maintenance standards are met or exceeded. This role assists in coordinating daily maintenance operations, performing repairs, and maintaining the property's facilities and equipment to ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment. The Assistant Manager works closely with the Maintenance Manager, General Manager, and Corporate Facilities Management team to address maintenance needs, prioritize tasks, and uphold property appearance and operational efficiency across all areas.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assists in implementing maintenance plans and procedures to support departmental goals.
