Maintenance Equipment General Supervisor

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES AND MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Supervision of all maintenance functions.
Improve the performance of corrective & preventive maintenance programs.
Tracking of the maintenance cost and financial budget forecasting and management.
Develop energy reduction strategies (Electricity, Natural Gas & water).
Ensure that safety procedures comply with NOM STPS such as EEP, LOTO, work at height, confined spaces, electrical work are followed and standards are improved.
Develop KPIs to improve equipment reliability (Uptime, MTTR, MTBF, OEE).
Use of Problem-Solving Techniques to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
Take the leadership role to solve problems related to machines.
Predictive Maintenance techniques for critical equipment (oil analysis, vibration, thermographic analysis).
Develop RCM (reliability Centered Maintenance) methodology.
Manage Technical training programs to adjust the knowledge of the team.
