Job Description
Maintenance Manager Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
- Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to address and resolve production issues promptly.
- Design and implement maintenance schedules to optimize equipment uptime.
- Conduct regular inspections to proactively identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Regularly update preventive maintenance procedures for alignment with operational and innovation goals.
- Prepare and monitor the maintenance budget to control expenses.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and work orders.
- Prepare and present reports on maintenance performance and productivity.
