GENERAL SUMMARY
As an active member of the BRP-Juarez 2 Management team, you will be responsible of the function of Maintenance.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical, Mechatronic, manufacturing, and electrical career.
A minimum of 10 years in the maquiladora and/or the automotive industry.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS
Proven experience as a maintenance manager or another managerial role.
Experience in planning maintenance operations.
Solid understanding of technical aspects such as pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, mechanics, control and electrical systems, etc.
Working knowledge of manufacturing and test equipment.
Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
Knowledge of Mexican and international standards such as NOM, OSHAS, ISO-9001, ANSI, Risk management, and change management
