Maintenance Manager (Concrete Products/Aggregates)

Maintenance Manager (Concrete Products/Aggregates) Dublin €80-85k + Package Required for leading manufacturer of concrete construction materials. The successful candidate will oversee all maintenance works for the region, reporting directly to the Regional Associate Director. Role will have responsibility over staff, parts and maintenance programs internally and externally on both electrical and mechanical maintenance.

Requirements • Background in heavy manufacturing/quarrying maintenance or similar • Maintenance process and workflow analysis for troubleshooting and process improvement • Understanding of the types of machinery – Crushers, excavators, loaders, screeners, conveyors etc. Responsibilities: • Responsible for management & delivery of the maintenance function for our Concrete production facilities. • Manage planned downtime to achieve required plant Up Time per week.
