Maintenance Material Coordinator (Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED)

Schedule:

Monday – Friday | 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Flexibility required based on operational needs.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Maintenance Material Coordinator to manage spare parts inventory and support maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment. This role requires daily communication in both English and Spanish with maintenance teams, vendors, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage spare parts inventory, including receiving, storage, and distribution.


• Track inventory levels and place orders to prevent stock-outs.


• Coordinate closely with the Maintenance Planner and Maintenance Manager to support preventive and corrective maintenance.


• Communicate daily in English and Spanish
