**Position Summary:**
The Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for the material condition of the facility and all assets. In this dual reporting role, the Maintenance Superintendent reports to the Plant Manager for day-to-day execution and the RCM Regional Manager for technical direction and asset strategy. The focus of this position is to maximize the production time available on equipment, minimize upkeep costs, and manage expenditures related to equipment, spare parts, and consumable items.
