Job Description

We’re partnering with a leading beverage manufacturer in Jacksonville, FL that’s looking to hire an experienced Maintenance Leader (Maintenance Supervisor) to oversee daily equipment reliability and performance for a high-speed production line.

This role is perfect for someone with strong maintenance team leadership experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on operations.
What You’ll Do:
Lead, schedule, and coordinate daily maintenance activities across a dedicated production line

Supervise maintenance techs, review work orders, and ensure timely issue resolution

Drive preventive and autonomous maintenance strategies (PM, AM, CIL, CL, BDE)

Collaborate with Production Line Leader and Process Engineer as part of a line leadership team

Analyze downtime trends and recommend improvements based on data and KPIs
