Job Description
**Description:** You will be the maintenance supervisor for our Facilities team. Our team is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining production and infrastructure equipment to ensure seamless operations. Provide support to the production floor with rearrangements and shop floor configurations.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance professionals to determine repair procedures and optimize equipment performance. Your responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating equipment installation, repair, and maintenance
• Hiring, training, and overseeing workers to ensure effective repair procedures
• Analyzing machine data to inform repair decisions
• Monitoring employee productivity and providing feedback and coaching
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety practices and regulations
