Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that buildings, equipment, and infrastructure are in optimal condition. Their work involves performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of the facility
General Responsibilities
- Conducts routine maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components.
- Performs minor carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, and flooring maintenance.
- Repairs doors, windows, locks, and other structural elements. - Inspects service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
- Replaces air filters, cleans ducts, and checks refrigerant levels.
- Performs scheduled inspections of facility equipment and infrastructure.
- Responds promptly to urgent maintenance requests and breakdowns.
- Comply with equipment WI and ensure the safety
