Full-time Maintenance Technician
Location: Chaska and Prior Lake, Minnesota
Pay: $26 - $32 per hour
Schedule: 40 hours per week

You'll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced team members while helping maintain and improve our townhome community.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with preparing apartments for new residents, including light repairs and painting
· Help with general maintenance tasks such as basic carpentry and minor repairs
· Support routine property upkeep and grounds maintenance
