MAIT Task Manager – Aerospace / Production / Operational Excellence Methods / SAP
Background: This is the central interface between engineering and production. It maps the requirements from engineering (structural layout plan) into SAP. It monitors cost and schedule adherence in production.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Project coordination (internal/external) to ensure smooth execution at the manufacturing level. This includes:
- Supporting operations during the quotation and concept phases.
- Coordinating production planning for detailed manufacturing planning and resources.
- Planning, controlling, and monitoring the production of assigned projects on time and within budget.
- Coordinating the test planner for the timely creation of test documentation – ensuring the planning of all necessary resources.
- Proactively requesting technical data packages, approvals, etc.
