Bachelor degree form Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Strong project management and organizational skills with great attention to detail.Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.Creative mindset with the ability to translate sponsorship ideas into impactful on-air and off-air executions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project tracking tools.Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.A proactive, solution-oriented attitude and genuine passion for the broadcast and entertainment industry.
