As a Managed Services Engineer L1, you will be responsible for supporting the Data Centre Infrastructure team with troubleshooting, switch configuration and configuration of access points. You will work closely with our clients and be based on the client's site to help support their needs.

• Log and attend to tickets using clients ticketing tool.
• Handle service requests.
• Monitor network via monitoring tool.
• Troubleshoot network issues.
