Job Description
Responsibilities
- Data Gathering & Analysis – Analyze data to identify insights, trends, and potential risks.
- Report Creation – Create reports and dashboards aligned to business needs using Excel; cleanse, integrate, and visualize data from multiple sources.
- Dashboard Management – Maintain and validate dashboards to ensure accurate reporting for overall and team‑specific needs
- SLA/KPI Monitoring – Monitor performance metrics and deliver actionable insights that help operations leaders prevent risks and delays.
Qualifications
- Advanced MS Excel skills, with experience building dashboards and reports from raw data
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interpret and present data to stakeholders
- Proficiency in Power BI and other reporting tools
- Knowledge of the recruitment process is a plus, but not required
