Management Trainee - Container Depot

Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Management Trainee
to join our Container Depot operations team. The ideal candidate will gain comprehensive, hands-on experience in depot processes, container handling, yard planning, inventory control, and customer coordination. This role is designed to build future leaders in depot and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities: Learn and support day-to-day container depot operations, including receiving and dispatching, repair and maintenance and surveying and inspection of containers. Assist in yard planning, ensuring optimal space utilisation and safe container movement. Monitor and update container inventory using depot/container management systems. Coordinate with operations, repair teams, transporters, surveyors, and shipping lines for smooth workflow.
