Manager – AFR, Process & Project Support

In this role, you will have the opportunity to operate on Project & Process services we offer for Air freight, support product with standardization in processes, manage projects and drive best practise sharing and continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track status of project deliverables and milestones.
• Collaborate with stake holders participating in the projects.
• Interact with country representatives and various stake holder in your regular execution of assigned tasks.
• Participate in problem solving and process improvement process together with team manager.
• Assist to meet performance targets.
• Evaluate department processes. Recommend and coordinate needed changes based on process analysis.
• Drive standardization in the processes.
• Work closely with colleagues in the business to identify solutions, best practices and KPIs to improve existing processes.
