Job Description
Billing Manager
The Billing Manager is responsible for supporting the Director in overseeing billing operations within the Billing KLV Shared Services Hub. The role involves leading and managing a team to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system changes impacting customer billing, ensuring billing accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Additionally, the position encompasses resource planning, process governance, continuous improvement initiatives, as well as documentation and operational user training.
