About the Opportunity and NSCR

NSCR is seeking a Manager, Child and Family Programs to lead, coach and develop a team of Child Care Resource and Referral (CCRR) Consultants and others committed to serving families, child care providers, and early childhood educators. This role has a strong people‑leadership focus, requiring a manager who is passionate about supporting staff growth, fostering accountability, and building an engaged and collaborative team culture. The Manager, Child and Family Programs will build mutually beneficial relationships with other organizations to expand impact.
