Customers in Travel & Hospitality, Financial Services, and Manufacturing are not just migrating workloads - they are rethinking their business models, launching new products, and solving problems that did not exist a few years ago.

In this role, you will lead a team of experienced Customer Solutions Managers (CSMs) who partner with these customers to turn ambitious AI and cloud strategies into real outcomes. But this is not a pure people-management role. You will stay close to customers yourself, stepping in to help resolve complex challenges, unlock executive relationships, and ensure your customers are getting the most out of AWS.
