Job Description
We are seeking a DevOps Manager to lead and spearhead our enterprise DevOps initiatives. This role will oversee a diverse technology stack including Salesforce, Azure Cloud, Jira, Bamboo, MuleSoft, SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Databricks , among others. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with deep technical expertise to drive automation, scalability, and operational excellence across our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy
- Define and execute the DevOps vision, strategy, and roadmap for the organization.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing DevOps team.
- Partner with engineering, product, and IT stakeholders to align DevOps practices with business goals.
- Platform & Tool Ownership
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo and other automation tools.
