Leads a team of onboarding and documentation specialists delivering end‑to‑end documentation and onboarding workflows for Capital Markets clients, including deposit accounts and treasury services, in alignment with regulatory and policy requirements.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to establish procedures for document imaging, verification, filing, and maintenance to optimize access and security.

Ensures the timely archiving or secure destruction of inactive and expired documents in compliance with retention policies and regulatory requirements.
