Job Description
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinating the full operation of the café during scheduled shifts
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day food service
- Relationship management and driving strong levels of customer service
- Managing in house catering team
- Working with ops manager to ensure financial targets and budget targets are being met
- Ensuring that health and safety protocols are being upheld
