About the Team
The Ethics team at Navi champions a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability. We define key policies like the Code of Conduct and Whistleblower Policy, run training and awareness programs, and ensure fair investigation of ethical concerns. We work closely with HR, Legal, and other teams to uphold the highest standards of ethical behavior across the organization.
About the Role
This plays a pivotal role in embedding ethical values into day-to-day operations of the Company. This role spans policy development , training , governance , and investigations , ensuring that ethical expectations are clearly defined, widely understood, and consistently enforced across Navi.
