Manager, External Workforce Management

Purpose

Leads and oversees a Technology Workforce Management team / Technology in globally ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Accountabilities

• Leads and drives a customer-focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
• Leads and coaches a team of Senior Analysts, External Workforce Management to execute against their assigned activities, goals, and cascaded operational objectives.
• Collaborates with vendors, contract owners and business leaders to ensure operations’ alignment to the Scotiabank’s External Workforce Management Governance and provides advisory to stakeholders about the team’s process.
