Job Description

Compliance & Process

Ensure purchasing policies and processes strictly followed in each purchasing activity
Category Management
Lead and fulfil China for China strategy implementation of procurement category related strategies in alignment with relevant business partners, sourcing category scope include: tranportation etc. est. 40-50mil euro.

Lead creation and implementation of sourcing and supplier strategies and ensure compliance with procurement policies, standards, and guidelines.

Lead and shape supplier selection processes in alignment with business partners at different levels, negotiate service scope, cost and contract term of routine category sourcing projects. 

Support tactical buying with knowledge transferring and project monitoring for GCA scope
