How You’ll Make an Impact
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders and support Cloudbeds team members across Spain and the broader EMEA region.
- Own all regional employment and contractor/EOR compliance, including Spain’s labor laws, CBAs, Equality Plans, and EOR/contractor oversight across multiple EMEA countries.
- Shape organizational effectiveness, strengthen leadership capability, guide culture and team‑member relations, and contribute directly to our global People strategy.
- Partner with HRBPs, People Ops, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Workday/Systems, and senior leadership at all levels.
