HRIS Design & Implementation
Design and implement HR modules including ATS (application tracking system) and LMS (learning management system).
Define HRIS module structures, configurations, and system integrations.
Conduct evaluation of platforms
Automation Enablement
Design BOT-based automation solutions aligned with business needs.
Review automation readiness and provide Go‑Live sign‑offs.
HRIS Evaluation & Governance
Map current and future HR processes for system alignment.
Assess HRIS platforms and support selection decisions.
Ensure completion of governance and compliance requirements.
Coordinate license procurement and initiate approved HRIS projects.
