The Manager, Human Resources Operations and Systems is responsible for leading the strategy, administration, and optimization of core HR systems and operational processes. This role manages a team focused on HR technology, data management, reporting, and operational excellence. The manager ensures systems and workflows support compliance, accuracy, and efficiency, while enabling informed decision-making across the HR portfolio. Through continuous process improvement, system enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration, this role helps drive a high-performing, data-enabled HR function.
Primary Responsibilities:
HR Technology & Systems Management
Oversee all HR systems, ensuring functionality, integration, and alignment with organizational needs and HR strategies.
Identify and support implementation of system enhancements and upgrades to improve user experience, data reporting, and overall performance.
